Remote Classes
As you may have heard we will be unable to start term 2 tennis lessons out on the courts, however we have been busy working on starting remote classes to help players maintain their fitness, movement, conditioning as well as racquet skills and technique. We will be hosting the sessions on Zoom a free platform which can be used on most devices until it is safe to return to our usual lessons. We will be encouraging the parents to have a go too!!!
Online Tennis program (Cost is per week for unlimited family members)
Competitive Juniors 9+ Mon 4:30pm to 5:15pm and Wed 8:00am to 8:45am Cost $20pw 4 week block
For our competitive juniors in addition to the zoom classes we will also be sending out a tennis specific fitness program and a mobility/injury prevention program to work on through the week.
First block of 4 sessions - Monday 20th April to Monday 11th May for all class types. We decided to start one week in to allow everyone to settle into their new schooling arrangements.
We are trying to run these sessions with minimal equipment, please see below:
Hotshot classes - racquet and a couple balls
Competitive classes – racquet, a couple balls, resistance band, foam roller and medicine ball if you already have one.
Please email to register your interest by Wednesday 15th April to info@beachsidetennisacademy.com.au and any questions in regards to equipment needed or which group is most suited. Once this is done we will email the zoom class ID and password.
